Mr. Mackey was able to go above and beyond what I could have hoped for with my surgery, and had my best interests at heart throughout the process. Knowing that this surgery could have longterm emotional implications for myself, Mr. Mackey made sure that I had spoken to a psychologist prior to the surgery.
