After going through a mastectomy and a failed implant through another surgeon, I came to see Mr Ramsey to try and find a solution for the long term. Dr Simon Butler-Manuel was very personable and empathetic towards my condition. He was humble and clear, and ensured I fully understand the scope of my procedure. He made minimal incisions, avoided the need for stitches or staples which was preferred as to avoid scarring, and the next day following my operation he came by to give me a full breakdown of how my procedure went and what I can expect moving forward.
