Mr Awad was very understanding during my post operation follow up 6+ months. He asked how I was and how my recovery went. He examined my breasts and we discussed the next step. He listened to my thoughts on the appearance of them (post bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction) currently with a null area (no mound) and a visual tuck. He reassured me that this will be rectified and that my Areola areas would be reduced too. I wasn't made to feel that it wasn't feasible to do the above or it was too much of a request. I felt that what I thought mattered and he understood.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Everything was explained to me thoroughly throughout. Brilliant care before and afterwards and so happy with the end results.
