I found the facility to be very welcoming, reception area light and airy. The staff with whom I engaged with were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I was regularly asked if I was ok and if I needed anything, from nurses, theatre assistants, kitchen staff etc.

Elanic clinic staff from the moment I contacted them made me feel like I was their only patient and they did everything to make me feel confident that I was choosing the right clinic for what treatment I wanted and that fact they came recommended to me by someone who had used their clinic before. I wasn’t disappointed at all.

This was my first visit and met my expectations for the experience.
