All the staff members I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

Good and helpful staff

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.
