Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

They were very helpful and showed me where I need to go

Very clean and on time didn't have to wait longer than my arranged appointment time

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.
