I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself.
