An amazing team. From Val the PA all the way through to the surgeon, you knew you were in the best hands.

Exceptional care and attention to detail from all staff encountered from admission to discharge during recent overnight hospitalisation for a procedure. Admitting and surgical nurses put me at ease prior to my procedure and the post operative nursing care was attentive ensuring I felt well, safe and in good hands. Catering staff and nursing care assistant also provided excellent service. No hesitation in recommending this hospital. Outstanding.

The arrangements in booking for the visit to the hygienist and the dentist were excellent. The communications and reminders about the appointment were very helpful. The support staff were very welcoming and efficient. The professionalism, service and treatment of both the hygienist were first class.

Everyone was professional in their approach, the clinic had excellent facilities and was well maintained.

Very friendly staff, calm & safe waiting environment

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.
