The doctor was very friendly and kind, and she helped me through a physically difficult test by talking to me and explaining everything.

They were very helpful and showed me where I need to go

Lovely hospital, always welcoming and clean

Parkside Hospital, now Nuffield Health Parkside has been my local hospital for many years and I have always found it extremely efficient.

Very clean and on time didn't have to wait longer than my arranged appointment time

All the staff members I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere.

It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

I really appreciate the friendly, helpful staff.
