Mr Norman Waterhouse has an outstanding reputation and is known to be the best. Now I know why! I finally plucked up the courage to have a procedure that I was much in need of, that was only going to get worse. I knew that Mr Waterhouse was one of the few surgeons in the UK that did this procedure. After consulting with him first, there was no need to look any further on every single level. He is highly experienced, informative and thorough. With a kind, warm and extremely professional manner. I knew that I was in the best hands possible. Everything about the whole experience and procedure was faultless. His team are amazing and his work is quite simply outstanding. I am absolutely delighted with the results and cannot recommend him more highly. The aftercare from himself and his team is second to none and his PA: Karen is remarkable. I have had 2 Procedures on my eyes by Mr Dickinson . My upper six years ago lower one month ago. Both procedures went extremely well and the care that I was given was excellent.
