Very quickly and clearly diagnosed and explained my issue, and what I should do about it

I was referred to him with acute pain on the top of my foot. Numerous visits to a GP and physiotherapist had failed to either diagnose the problem or provide relief. Mr Al-Maiyah listened to me; he examined my foot and immediately diagnosed the problem. I was swiftly treated with a cortisone injection which was expertly and accurately injected into the appropriate location. This is not a cure but the relief is very great.
