I found Mr Caeser to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. My only concern is I have not had any follow up since the appointment, so I will take this up with Bupa and with the secretary.

The recovery process from my operation has been swift, as complication free as you could hope for, and the scars are extremely neat. I felt that he was invested in my quality of life both pre and post any surgical intervention and I am truly grateful for him giving me my mobility and my lease of life back.

I thought that Dr Gulihar had a pleasant manner and took time to explain the options and make recommendations. After the X-rays he suggested a steroid injection in my right shoulder and I must day that the result was fantastic. The pain in my right shoulder has largely disappeared and the pain in my neck and left shoulder has greatly reduced and is now perfectly manageable. An excellent result and a big thank you to a thorough professional.
