Ajai is a very personable and professional individual. His approach is very thorough. Will give his input only after he has a complete picture of the issue. What stood out for me is that he takes your treatment/recovery as his personal challenge and is onboard with you. Highly recommend Ajai.

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Dr Prinja showed utmost care and diligence throughout the entire process, providing an all-round fantastic service. Could not have hoped for a better outcome.
