Very pleased with the treatment

Everything fine excellent staff

From entering the hospital for my procedure to leaving at the end of the day, there was always someone at hand to speak to. The procedure was explained to me clearly and the after care, post op. was excellent from all members of staff.

Great experience. Professional and assuring.

Compared to my previous visit in 2017, I felt the staff were very busy and a little stressed. Food etc all very good however and overall my experience was a very positive one. As I was awake during the op I appreciated the care I had from the anaesthetists.

Promptly seen, professionl overview of the procedure and risks and reassuring chat during treatment. How happy I am overall hinges on results but got the reassurance anything not resolved will be treated within 3 months
