As a family we couldn’t recommend Dr Subair enough. He is everything you could ask for in a doctor! He made me feel at ease after an anxious pregnancy, always talking through any questions or concerns I had. My experience wouldn’t have been the same without him and the safe arrival of our baby. Writing this after a week passed after the labour. The labour induction was scheduled at Fitzrovia UCLH, but the baby decided to arrive two days earlier, at night. When there was full dilation, Dr Shalini allowed me not to push right away but when I’m ready (I think labouring down took about half an hour), also she was able to get out the baby while I was on my knees with just a little stitch. When I was pushing, I wasn’t able to listen to instructions, but I’ve remembered Dr Shalini pushing instructions from our prenatal meetings and it helped. I was able to discharge from the hospital the same day my kid was born and never remembered to take pain killers, never needed them. So if you want to have vaginal birth at Fitzrovia UCLH (if it’s possible in your circumstances) I highly recommend Dr Shalini.

Professor Asma is a great doctor and professional with great bedside manner.

We can't thank Roshni enough for delivering our baby; from our first dealings with her on zoom to my postnatal check up 6 weeks on, she's professional but with such a warm bedside manner garnered over years of experience, that you know you're in the best hands possible. Our experience was everything we had hoped it would be, and should we have another child, there is no one else we would go to.

Mr Attilakos showed such kindness, warmth & patience from the moment I became his patient before my IVF cycle in Cyprus. As a 54 year old I was a little nervous about being pregnant at this age, & he assessed my health & fitness & made me feel totally confident about pursuing a pregnancy. The ongoing support & reassurance via bloods, scans & consultations by Mr Attilakos ensured I was relaxed, chilled & stress-free the whole time. Also any question I had however minor he would reply to me in 24 hours maximum. Despite his senior position Mr Attilakos makes you feel totally at ease & makes you feel you can ask any question at all. The whole experience was incredible & I fully intend engaging with Mr Attilakos when I go back to Cyprus for baby no.2. Thanks doctor for helping make my ultimate dream come true & believing in me despite my age.

I recently had a total hysterectomy which has been highly successful. Ms. Eleni Mavrides was thorough and exceptional from our initial consultation at The Portland through to the post-op follow-up. She provided excellent guidance while discussing my options regarding the best type of hysterectomy for my personal case and I am delighted with the outcome now, several weeks later. No complications and the bikini line scar is neat and discreet too, a bonus. My recovery has been faster than expected, largely due to the first-class surgery and the wonderful care of the nurses and other staff. I would highly recommend Ms Eleni Mavrides to any woman considering such surgery.
