Dr Lai is a gentleman, he always explains what you ask, no matter if you have asked before, he takes time to let you know what and how the things are. He advised you in case is necessary and it's up to the patient takes the decision. He provide me all human and medical support during my prenatal and delivery, mine was an induction with a natural delivery, no epidural. He respects everything I requested since my first appointment.

After a traumatic birth experience with my first child under NHS care, I have decided to go private with my second one. Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.
