first time i gone private . i was very well looked after .what i wanted or needed was no trouble . the room was very clean and roomy.thr hoisiptal overall was very clean nd modern . the food was very nice . all the staff looking after me were very good and i wanted for nothing .

The whole environment and experience was very calming. The waiting room is more like a living room than a medical environment and it makes the whole experience so much more positive.

I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

I had a brilliant experience with the Clinic. I felt validated with my symptoms being taken seriously and I was treated with respect throughout.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.
