The moment that I met Dr Ramrakha I felt at ease, he was the first Doctor who actually took the time and explained things clearly to me. It was such a pleasure listening to him explaining what we needed to do next.

I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Dr Zemark is a kind and compassionate Doctor with a patient-centred approach. I always feel that he has my best interests at heart and always takes his time to explain and reassure when needed and very willing to answer questions and concerns.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Lo Giudice, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, He was friendly and professional, making me feel at ease right away. Dr. Lo Giudice conducted a thorough examination, including an ECG and an echocardiogram. He explained each step of the process clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and genuine concern for my health were evident throughout the visit. The care and professionalism displayed by Dr. Lo Giudice were truly outstanding. I left the appointment feeling confident and well-informed about my heart health. I highly recommend Dr. Lo Giudice to anyone seeking top-notch cardiovascular care.

Great clarity, with detail, in a relaxed environment

I had a consultation with Dr Patel a while back, followed up with him doing an angiogram and then fitting a stent. He is a lovely man, very calm, relaxed and friendly and who gave me every confidence that he would sort out my problem.

Dr Burgess was very clear in explaining what is going to happen next put me at ease.

Great experience seeing Dr Chahal, he kept me really well informed every step of the way, he made it clear the steps we were taking and why. Results call was well communicated, he's clearly very knowledgable and experienced in this area. Would highly recommend.
