I was amazed at what a relief it was to hear genuine compassion from someone at my first appointment - while NHS treatment had been professional, it hadn't at any point been empathetic. I also had a very clear understanding of what the next steps were and the timelines involved, and at follow-up appointments I just had such a strong sense that he was fighting my corner. I would say my biggest challenge since the heart attack has been mentally reconciling with it, and my mood/attitude in respect to the rest of my life - and Dr Sen has been instrumental in dealing with that, to the extent that I am excited about the future now!

He provides a detailed but clear explanation of the symptoms diagnosed and that clarity continues as he explains with great care the appropriate medical and surgical options. He welcomes questions.
