Overal friendly greeting by staff. Wait was slightly longer than anticipated, but staff were attentive throughout.

I live in Epsom. On 2 occasions you could not accommodate me at the Epsom clinic so you offered me eg an Ultra Sound in Marylebone. I truly believe that is very poor service when I can get the US locally.
