From referral to second cataract operation was only 8 weeks. I received friendly, efficient attention by everyone. Each step of the process was explained to me. The calm atmosphere helped to avoid any anxiety.

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.

Very professional but the whole experience was so much better because all the staff were friendly and caring and my treatment was carried out very efficiently and I was allowed to have my assessment and treatment all in one day which was so important as I wasn't allowed to drive until the treatment had taken place.

I have nothing but praise for all of the staff at Midland Eye, from the receptionists to the surgeons and their medical assistants. I have regular treatment for macular degeneration-initially from Mr Sivaraj-who also identified the need for and carried out two cataract operations. All appointments were made promptly and I was fully informed about the procedures. These were performed precisely as arranged with excellent aftercare.
