the consultation was useful but there was no follow-up booked as promised, and the PA was uncontactable moving forwards (either by phone or email). From previous reviews I can see this is not abnormal which is not reassuring for anyone moving forwards.

Hope this was the surgeon I saw - he was Iranian. Very quick to complete the operation but a somewhat rougher experience than when I had my first eye done
