Mr Sherafat inspired confidence and trust. The procedure was completely painless and recovery swift. I had no complications.

Tom is an exceptional consultant, following a failed operation under the NHS, which made me very apprehensive of undergoing further surgery, I was put at ease by Tom's understanding of my concerns and reassurance of the positive outcome I could expect. Tom took time to explain in detail what the procedure would entail and the aftercare that was required to ensure the operation was a success and did not reoccur. His bedside manner and empathy towards my nervousness were excellent and made me feel at ease both before and during the operation. Unfortunately I have had my fair share of operations for different ailments and would rate Tom as one of the best consultants that I have been treated by.

I was really nervous, Mr Khans pleasant congenial personality put me at ease within minutes of meeting him. He explained everything to me on what to expect and answered all my questions. His guidance and advice was second to none.

Cannot fault the experience from initial consultantion to the procedure. Would highly reccomend Mr McLean and he would be my first point of call if i had any eye problems in the future

She was absolutely great. She explained what was about to happen and made me comfortable during the process. Eye treatment is always intrusive but Miss Sivagnanavel was excellent.

I couldn’t have had a more perfect consultant to have operated on my cataract. Miss Pelisini explained everything at my initial consultation and during the procedure itself . My follow up appointment was today and again she took the time to answer my questions and to reassure me . Overall my experience was wonderful .
