I have been very happy with the care I have received for glaucoma from Mr Muntasser and his team at St Paul's Hospital, Royal Liverpool University Hospital. It is a very busy department until recently in old-fashioned and less than ideal accommodation, nevertheless the surgery, follow-up and check-ups have all been very professional and I have every confidence in the treatment, which is ongoing.

Dr Kovakova did my blepharoplasty at the beginning of April this year. I found her very calm, reassuring and informative before and after the procedure, and I was comfortable and felt I was in excellent care throughout the operation (performed under local). She is a kind and gentle doctor who clearly takes great care, and who was aways available for follow-up advice following the operation. I am extremely happy with the results. Four months later the scars are barely visible, but most importantly no more heavy drooping eyelids! Since the blepharoplasty she has also done several cosmetic procedures (ultherapy, polynucleotides, some injectables) and I am amazed at the outcome, they have achieved so much more than I had hoped. All the results have been 100% natural looking, and they have taken at least 10 years off my face and neck. I feel she is very trustworthy, and I highly recommend her.
