He takes the time to explain all the details, and talks through all the options available to help treat glaucoma. He hasn't been able to produce a new bionic eye for me yet or replace the damaged optic nerve, but apparently that science is still a few years off! :-) In terms of providing the best care and advice available Andrew is definitely up there.
