Quality service with very experience friendly staff

It was good but as time went on became very busy

The Weston Eye Hospital is the only hospital in my experience, who gives the feeling that the first priority of the hospital is to treat your problem (and not to make sure I am going to pay)

Follow up report not supplied. Not what was expected. Unable to inform local GP of outcome. Not good value for private practice. Would expect much better. Have been patient at this clinic for over 20 years and am disappointed at this situation which has arisen under new consultant!!!

Excellent service!

Getting to the lifts is always a problem as the ground floor is always very crowded. Once I arrived on the 15th floor there was an air of calm. Everything looked well scrubbed and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall good; one member of staff was a little lax and missed a medication directive (anti emetic)
