Mr Jolly put me at ease from the moment I met him with his warm and kind personality. He did a thorough examination of my eyes and after following his advice and using the treatment he had prescribed, my eyes felt better within 24 hours after suffering for over a week. Mr Hamid did a great job of settling any pre-op nerves, was entirely clear on the process and answered my questions clearly. The operation itself was quick, painless and went smoothly.

Could not have done more to explain clearly the procedure but also handled the fact another unexpected condition was diagnosed while I was there. I felt confident I was in the care of the very best surgeon who gave me so much information and reassurance.

the consultation was useful but there was no follow-up booked as promised, and the PA was uncontactable moving forwards (either by phone or email). From previous reviews I can see this is not abnormal which is not reassuring for anyone moving forwards.

I have never received such wonderful care and attention from any doctor. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who has any eye problems, what more can I say .
