I had to wait a considerable time but there were emergencies that needed attention .it would have been appreciated if this was explained prior reason for wait . Dr Low has been amazing with my mother through her eye operation. She has explained everything to me and my mum and made my mum feel comfortable. She talked us through the procedure and been professional at all times. She is a great consultant and appreciate her.
