The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.

My visit with Mr Patani this time was to get the results of my contrast mammogram. He gave me the results in a telephone consultation. He had time to discuss the results which I am delighted to say were excellent. In the past I have always seen him at the Breast Institute at Princess Grace and each time it has been a very positive experience.

My husband and I are from Australia and chose to have our two children privately here - whilst it was an expensive decision, we were really satisfied with the care that we received at The Portland Hospital, hence returning for the delivery of our second child. The amenities and staff are wonderful.

The clinic was nice and welcoming. All professionals were informative, extremely friendly and caring.

Process in the London General Practice was satisfactory. No significant delays, and staff always willing to help. I don't have any complaint. It's an organized process to complete a health screening in a couple of hours while staying in a single place.
