Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Mr Razvi was very friendly and very knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything in such great detail and I felt comfortable throughout my whole patient journey. My procedure was a success and I wish I had done it sooner.

Mr Nath explained the risks and benefits of robotic surgery very comprehensively. More importantly, from my experience, he is an extremely competent surgeon in a very important emerging field. My post op recovery was very much faster than that of people I know who had a conventional procedure. His PA is also brilliant, making it easy to deal with any issues which arise such as queries from insurers. A great team.

Have never seen anything like the service provided by Dr Lavan! Real care, feeling of being looked after and the ability to organise and manage my difficult situation. He saw me, organised bloods and an abdominal xray (same day at home!). Results of both tests were back in 4hrs and i was seeing a gastro surgeon (Dr Navaratnam - who was also excellent) that afternoon (arranged by Dr Lavan). Had a CT that evening and surgery the day after! Unbelievable concierge type service with brilliant attention to detail. Wow! Thankyou. Mr Gordon

Mr Khan is very helpful and inspires confidence with my condition. My recent appointment was via video link due to coronavirus and this was easy to manage.

After a desultory 6 minute phone appointment with our NHS GP for my 91 year old mother who barely concealed her disinterest, I was grateful to receive a recommendation to Dr Dan. The difference between the two experiences was chalk and cheese. We had our appointment online which was the easiest option for mum. The first big difference is that a 30 minute consultation with Dr Dan is standard. Sheer luxury! Dan actively listened, showed interest, he was both friendly and respectful, directing his questions to mum rather than me as her carer which pleased us both greatly. His responses were decisive, reassuring and crucially, compassionate towards an elderly lady who was more than a bit scared by her recent health challenges. He was willing to think outside the box on her health issue which required exactly that approach. We have had two subsequent follow ups and have been similarly delighted by the advice received. Dr Dan is skillfully assisted by Nathan who runs the The Wright Practice extremely professionally and with great good humour. I’m very relieved to have made the move from our NHS practice to Dr Dan.

It was a great pleasure to meet Miss Olaitan again after 4 years when she first operated on me for ovarian cancer in 2020 . Since then the years following had many medical procedures including chemotherapy, scans ,and oral medication but I placed great value on her giving me confidence to carry on. She has advised me on several more minor health issues to improve my recovery and I look forward to our next meeting in 6 months time and P

Dr Dallas has been supporting my menopause journey and I have felt safe and informed. She is thorough, advises on all options and is knowledgable.

Extremely helpful and caring. Dr Miller also was most helpful in tracking down a pharmacy that had my required medication in stock.
