Dr Velauthar is very friendly, patient, and thorough. She answered all my questions carefully and made me feel at ease. I was very happy with my treatment from Mr Masood. He took time to explain all procedures, sometimes with diagrams. I never felt rushed and felt I could any questions. He was also very considerate in aftercare.
