Very impressed with the staff in out patients. They are competent, kind and helpful.

Second to none

Car park was busy but I managed to get a space. There was a friendly welcome at the Outpatient's reception. The booking in system was a bit fiddly but okay.

I found the facility to be very welcoming, reception area light and airy. The staff with whom I engaged with were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I was regularly asked if I was ok and if I needed anything, from nurses, theatre assistants, kitchen staff etc.

I was made to feel very welcome and very comfortable
