Katharine offered the perfect balance of support and, when necessary, challenge to us and our teen daughter. Our daughter was wary about starting therapy, but Katharine offered a reassuring presence right from the start. It's always tricky thinking about "progress" in therapy, and things never "improve" in a straight line, but our daughter learned tools from Katharine that have made a real difference in how she copes with things.

Hema is so lovely and describes things in a way that is easy for the patient to understand. My experience has been invaluable and I have learnt a lot about myself and how to move forward in a positive way.
