We had a video consultation with Dr Amber. She gave us a feedback, her and her colleagues' findings during all stages of assessment. She was very clear, explaining in which areas our daughter needs more support.

Nicole issue needs toberesolved. Caused many issues on ward. Distress to many patients and management repeatedly told but no adequate measures were put tin place. Processes need more efficient operationalisation. Staff were kind.

I can’t recommend this service and the fantastic clinicians in it more.

Orri has been an incredibly impactful experience for me, within the stream, in group therapy, and in my one to one spaces. I have had a great care team that I really cherish, and I am going to miss being here. There were some things I didn’t like and somber therapists I didn’t connect to, but overall it’s been very transformative for me. I think there can be more groups that are varied and streams should be listened to when they have preferences for certain EDAs and therapists, but a lot about Orri is great.
