My experience was with an online experience so I can only speak about Priory Wellbeing Birmingham on that basis. So from my initial phone call and then placement with a counsellor was extremely kind and professional from all. I was placed with Nikita Virk. This was my first experience of having any professional counselling and so I was extremely nervous. However Nikita quickly put me at my ease with her relaxed and friendly, non-judgemental manner. She has helped me through a most challenging time in my life. With her help and support I have learnt a lot about myself and I able to continue use the skills she has taught me now my counselling has come to end. Nikita has helped me break the barrier I had put up and I know I have nothing to fear about seeking further counselling should I need it in the future.

The lady who booked my appointment was super friendly & helpful & the lady whit took my bloods & helped me on the day was also super friendly/ helpful & made me feel at ease & I had a pleasant experience all round so thank you to those kind ladies ! Apologies for not remembering there names

i’ve been gone now for 3 months and i won’t lie, things are really hard at the moment. i’ve been missing all of the staff from newbridge and their amazing support. the staff always knew what to say and when to say it so without having that support around me 24/7 it’s been tough but hopefully it will get easier. i was at newbridge for over a year and i was a difficult patient, most of my time there i was not compliant with treatment but everyone was very understanding and very patient with me which i appreciated. it was definitely hard at newbridge as you are surrounded by many other patients struggling in a similar way but the staff made it easier for me to cope and always have me great advice which i still remember to this day. i want to say thank you to everyone for being so patient with me and understanding me in ways that nobody else could. thank you
