Very Professional, friendly and caring. I felt like and individual rather then another patient on the conveyor belt.

Such lovely, helpful staff, who went above and beyond for me. I can’t imagine a better experience elsewhere! Highly recommend.

Our overall experience at Westminster Maternity Suite was very good. Most of the midwives were absolutely amazing, the room was nice and clean (with **that** view!) and our obstetrician Manju was faultless. It is, however, rather expensive so I feel there is room for improvement in some areas. Some of the staff seemed a little cold. For example, when we arrived for an emergency C-section, booked in earlier that day, we were greeted by a midwife who told us we weren't on the books and shouldn't be there. Eventually she ushered us into a consulting room to wait, giving the impression we were an inconvenience. Would also note that some of the wait times for scans and midwife appointments were on the long side. But these are small quibbles and I would definitely still return to the Westminster Maternity Suite and recommend to friends.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at CRGH City Clinic. The team was exceptionally professional and supportive throughout our journey. Their expertise and personalised care made all the difference, and we are now happily expecting. Highly recommend!

Clean and friendly setting

Great, felt very at ease.

Overall very good. Berber waited to be seen. Always someone on call to answer question at reception or on ward. C-section and stay was very good. Did it twice. My only observation would be there is a difference in care quality among nurses and midwives between the week shift and the weekend shift. I have opted to not have my 3rd c section on a Friday to avoid the weekend shift this time.
