We cannot recommend Professor Brough highly enough, she is absolutely outstanding- highly experienced, thoroughly professional and very kind. Our 6 year old daughter was really struggling with hayfever, asthma and an additional issue. Professor Brough got her sorted and, after a history of recurrent illnesses, we feel very relieved that she has been checked out so thoroughly and we now have an action plan in place to support her with hayfever and asthma. We cannot thank Professor Brough enough for all she has done to help our daughter.

Dr Sevaratnaam had an immediate effect of calm and he explained my issues fully and his recommendations for next steps to check the cause of my symptoms and possible options for treatment. I had immediate faith and trust in his explanations and advice.

Dr Patel was very professional and welcoming. It was the first time I felt like I was being listened to and taken seriously. No question felt too stupid and I really felt as though she had all the time in the world for me which was such a refreshing experience. She carefully explained everything and answered every question I had, before coming up with a plan that put my mind at ease. I’d recommend her over and over again - seeing her to discuss my daughter’s allergies really has changed our lives for the better.

My 14 year old son has been a patient of Dr Bajaj for the last six months. He was really struggling at school with work and behaviour. His school had said that he would have to leave if he didn’t improve. Following a positive ADHD diagnosis my son is working hard at school. His focus and behaviour has also improved. His school work is unrecognisable and things have improved 100%. We are also working on understanding ADHD.

Dr Beckles is expert, patient, pleasant and very professional.

Dr Singanayagam was excellent - in establishing the extent and cause of my issues, and then setting out a plan on how to tackle these, both in the short term (dealing with the acute phase) and in the long term (by investigating the chronic nature of my asthma). He has a very good bedside manner as he is easy to talk to - I felt I was being listened to, and that he understood the problems I was encountering due to his expertise.

Very polite and friendly. Clearly explained the process, what test was going to take place next and what the test is looking for and explained the results throughout the process.
