After rising blood calcium levels I went to see the Professor, who quickly arranged tests to diagnose me with Primary Hyperparathyroidism. She monitored me closely throughout my pregnancy and post thyroid surgery. Since this I’m happy to say this issue has now been stabilised. The Professor is wonderfully kind, understanding and her knowledge is second to none. I felt safe and reassured throughout my time under her care.
