Horrible experience. He didnot even wait for me when he called my name while I was limping he just walked away and it was my first visit to that hospital. He didnot even listen to the explanation of my condition and kept interrupting. I could not even complete a sentence and the next thing I heard was direction to book a scan why showing me the door. Consultation about 3minutes . I got a letter later stating I declined chaperone when I wasnot even asked for one. His secretary does not even return calls. I had to change my consultant for the second visit. When asked why I changed I told the secretary why and they didnot even comment on it which meant I wasnot the first to be treated that way.

I was able to get my first appointment quickly with Mr Budair. At each appointment Mr Budair took the time to listen to me and explain what could be achieved through different treatment options as well as the risks. I knew from our conversations that I was opting to take a risk however Mr Budair allowed me to make my own choice based on the facts provided. I am so glad I did!! The surgery and follow-up from Mr Budair has been excellent and I am now significantly better and continuing to improve.
