I was referred to Dr. Ziad and had no hesitation in taking up the opportunity to meet with him. Polite and empathetic, Dr Ziad listened to my complaints and asked pertinent questions as and when necessary. He possesses a friendly demeanour with a soft and easy to understand tone of voice. He was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to deliver an accurate diagnosis with an action plan to remedy my situation. His follow up action was prompt and I left his office in a much happier frame of mind than I had going in: more importantly, I am excited in the prospect of finally eliminating my ailments.
