My experience meeting Mr Lui now on many occasions has always been excellent. His bedside manner is the best Ive experienced, he genuinely cares for his patients and his expertise is vast.

He explained what might be going on to me so I could understand and arranged an MRI which I had the following day due to a cancellation.

Mr Chamma was friendly and respectful. He gave me a very detailed and clear explanation of my medical situation as well as the different treatment paths that I can now choose from. I couldn't have hoped for a more informative consultation.

Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. I found that my consultation with Mr Bajekal was very brief and short. I felt that we found that time spent overall was not given enough to fully explain my issues and with the MRI and Xray was not fully shown and explanation for his conclusion that was made within the minutes spent with us . we had booked for my back issues but he also look at my hip issues which we had not requested. This has led us to be very confused as under NHS, I was in the process of having my hip replacement. Although issue of my Diabetes was made but my controls over period of five year, I had not only reduced with weight loss and reductions with my medications this was not even checked. We did not feel that we received value for the money spent with Mr Bajekal. Mr Bajekal was very professional but we did not worm to him or felt comfortable to ask for further questions or ask for any explanations.

I have given Mr Wai Yoon, the Highest Possible, all round Ratings, for his Kindness, Expertise, Communication Skills & OUTSTANDING Results. I have struggled physically & mentally with extremely debilitating Lumbar Spinal pain for many years. Mr Yoon operated on my Spine 5 months ago, the Results have been Exceptional. I cannot Thank You enough Mr Wai Yoon. You have given Me, my self back, My life back ☺️xxx

I found Mr Shetty to be very professional and knowledgeable. His manner is open and friendly - not so friendly that I felt there was any sub-text which I thought important! His explanation of the cause of my pain and possible solutions was very clear. He explained all the possible advantages, disadvantages and implications of possible interventions. He was clear as to which intervention he thought best, but I felt no pressure to choose it - rather, he suggested I took time to deliberate. In short, he gave me confidence to choose the op he had suggested. Between consultations, some of which were by telephone at my request, he remembered, all the details of my case, including arguably irrelevant family details which made me feel I was a ‘person’ not a ‘case’. The aftercare I received was wonderful.

Timely, helpful in advance of procedure, with extra consideration for my medical history. I had absolutely excellent surgery and inpatient care, which could not have been bettered. Explanations were very good too, but because I already had information from another surgeon in advance, details were less necessary. I am so pleased with my progress in what is still a short time. Dr Akula gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. He was not only informative but also helped ease my nerves too. He also followed up to check on my recovery after which shows the care he gives his patients
