Have never seen anything like the service provided by Dr Lavan! Real care, feeling of being looked after and the ability to organise and manage my difficult situation. He saw me, organised bloods and an abdominal xray (same day at home!). Results of both tests were back in 4hrs and i was seeing a gastro surgeon (Dr Navaratnam - who was also excellent) that afternoon (arranged by Dr Lavan). Dr Kagalwala is a professional, attentive and friendly consultant. She listens to the problem actively, takes notes and explains anything she is recommending or prescribing for the patient. She has a workaround to deal with fussy children, letting them write down things so the child knows what they need to change in their diet and lifestyle. I highly recommend her.

Had confidence in Dr. Plaut straight away. He put me at ease, listened to me, examined me thoroughly and explained what he intended to do clearly. I would not hesitate to see him again should I need to.
