Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.

This is my second experience, I was so pleased and happy that even though I was afraid of having a tooth pulled, I felt so comfortable that I can recommend it with peace of mind. I would like to thank my doctor Esen Ali Günay. I would like to thank the nurse Berfin Hanım very much. He took great care of me, I left very happy. I listened to all the advice my doctor gave me. It has been 2 weeks and I am very comfortable and my teeth are healthy 😊😊😊

They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience.
