Very informant about the procedure for my Hernia treatment

Miss scarpinata, is the most caring surgeon you could wish to have she made it quite clear what was involved in what was a huge operation, sets your mind at rest and shows huge amount of empathy, i cant thant her enough hughly professional

Procedure explained well and all carried out as planned and described.

Dr Siddika always makes me feel comfortable and safe. She is patient and takes the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly.

Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.

Very good explanation of the surgery

Dr Gupta was efficient but took the time to explain everything at every stage. He understood my hearing difficulties and was patient in explaining things. He made me feel at ease and treated me with respect, which unfortunately seem to have been lost in other Dr's repertoires'.

Dr MELIA is thorough and understanding and has been brilliant through treatment.
