Really wanted to send a letter of appreciation for the wonderful care I received. Both surgeons were quite wonderful. All the nursing staff were truly efficient and very attentive to my needs. The ladies on the appointment desk truly helpful in every aspect. All online information throughout was truly efficient with appointment information, reminders on my phone etc. I could not find fault anywhere. The most amazing thing was the attentiveness regarding an issue re my husband's health situation. Due to this they even managed all my eye care needs in time for his radiotherapy to commence. So, my review = Outstanding throughout. Huge, Huge thank you to all.

Good overall visit, with no issues

Had two cataracts dealt with over two months. All very efficient and everything explained. Operations were painless and I felt relaxed throughout the procedures.

The facility is fantastic, and the staff are outstanding! I had a procedure yesterday that left me feeling slightly dizzy. The nurses were there immediately looking after me brilliantly and making sure all was OK. They were friendly, re-assuring and very professional. Thank you all for the great work you do.
