Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. Mr Kazzaz was the 4th surgeon I had seen regarding my back issues, and therefore I had a hesitation about how this experience would differ from the previous 4 years of treatments. Mr Kazzaz was extremely patient, listened to my symptoms, experiences and interventions taken thus far. He explained the course of action he would take, how the potential outcomes would influence any next steps, and crucially, WHY. He is clearly a very skilled surgeon but his interpersonal skills match his surgical skills.
