As new parents with highly demanding careers, we got really concerned when our infant wasn’t making any eye contact and struggled to develop a secure bond with us. Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. Dr. Vieira has made such a different to our lives. We couldn’t be happier.

Not knowing what to expect, the prospect of therapy can be very frightening. But Dr. Aisan immediately put me at ease which meant I could get the most out of the process. She is very nice intelligent caring doctor that seems to only want the best for her patients success and healthy mental health state. During my research for psychologist, she was one of my choices given her broad expertise. Over the last year or so Dr. Aisan has worked with me to help me identify the real deep rooted issues I was battling, address my hurt and mental pain. I begin to develop a sense of myself, someone I can now be proud of. My goal was to stop feeling depressed and distressed, however Dr. Aisan has helped me achieve so much more through therapy.

I was recently diagnosed with heart disease and have been struggling to get out of bed. Ryan has helped me find peace, hope and a way though my depression and anxiety. He is one of the most inspirational and amazing people I have ever met. The only person that has truly understood my mindset and found a way to help me through my darkest moments. Finding HOPE is a big thing when you are facing a life threatening illness, and learning to live again with belief and a positive outlook, you can’t put a price on that. Steve helped me to accept the situation I found myself in using a combination of CBT and compassion. The latter I found particularly beneficial in helping me to accept what had happened. His focus on quality of life helped me to enjoy my situation despite ongoing medical difficulties.

I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services. Instantly, I felt a sense of care and understanding from her, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. She has supported me through 4 inpatient admissions, and has helped me begin my journey to recovery.
