Great, felt very at ease.

After a good experience with Guy’s ACU on an NHS cycle, I decided to stay with Guy’s for my private cycle and went for consultant-led care with Dr. El-Toukhy. I cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. El-Toukhy because we somehow managed to get pregnant and I’m now at 9 weeks, even though our chances were on the lower side, but not terrible. The service was also amazing as I had Dr. El-Toukhy’s phone number and could text him with any issue and get a reply or a call in less than half an hour. One time he even contacted me at 10.30 pm to communicate test results which brought us a lot of relief. That man works non-stop and he cares so much; that’s the type of doctor you’d want on your side. Compared to my NHS cycle, I was also so pleased to get such close monitoring during my stims phase. I had 6 scans in total, one every 2 days basically, so we were able to adjust the dose repeatedly. Thoroughly recommended!
