Very helpful and reassuring visit

The experience with the concern of my eye was seen by Mr Voyatzis was exlempalry. From the initial consultation to the day of the surgery it all went smoothly, the calm manner in which everything was explained was reassuring. The day of the surgery also went well and most pleased in the short time taken to complete the procedure.

I wanted treatment to not have to wear vision aids. The results have given me confidence and a better life. The results are as good as I thought it would be. Detailed, attentive and patience

Miss Valerie Saw recently performed very successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes and provided excellent advice and solutions to manage and significantly improve my dry eye and blepharitis conditions. Miss Saw is highly professional, extremely thorough, and communicated brilliantly throughout the whole process, so I felt confident every step of the way. During my initial consultation Miss Saw identified some complications with my left eye. She ensured further tests were carried out where required, to ensure the surgery would be a success. Miss Saw clearly explained: my diagnosis; all of my options; and provided excellent information regarding the surgery and aftercare. During the surgeries she explained what was happening, as a result I felt at ease during the operations. She is very patient and was willing to answer all my questions and is very personable and has great people skills. Miss Saw provided excellent aftercare and is supported by a great team who made sure I was looked after extremely well during the whole procedure. I now have a “new set of eyes” and can see clearly, and colours are bright, and details are sharp. I highly recommend Miss Saw, she is highly professional, very thorough, exceptionally knowledgeable, she communicated brilliantly, was incredibly patient and is very personable. Thank you so much!
