Very professional and efficient

It was my first visit. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building the staff and the general ambience.

Good location in London.

I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.

Friendly staff from reception all the way through to the appointment with the doctor.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

Facilities are good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They are professional team of people who care for the wellbeing of patients, they built my confidence to move forward in life. They are kind and very approachable, they give good advice to improve your health. I would recommend them to anyone who feels that they have lost there self confidence after having a heart attack.
